“They” is a dangerous word

When I catch myself saying “They” in a sentence, I know I am behaving like a victim.

• “They” depersonalises a problem.
• “They” is a story about good and evil.
• “They” is lazy thinking.
• “They” is the most common narrative on social media.
• “They” makes us dumb.

Replace “They” with someone’s name and get to work understanding them, talking with them and solving your problem.
